Global Intellectual Property Day
Thursday 27th April at 8:30 am /10:30 am| Free
Hereford Business Solutions Centre in collaboration with the Marches Growth Hub Herefordshire, invite you to attend a free Intellectual Property breakfast event on Thursday 27th April.
To celebrate World Intellectual Property Day, Hereford Business Solutions Centre is delighted to welcome David Hopkins from the UK’s Intellectual Property Office to give an informative and interesting overview on how IP can affect us all.
Case studies will demonstrate how easy it could be to breach Intellectual Property (IP) regulations and will highlight the potential consequences of doing so. The event will also provide advice and guidance on getting assistance with IP and specific patent enquiries. This free event is of benefit to businesses of all sizes.
There will be a senior legal representative from Harrison Clark Rickerby’s Litigation department to discuss how best to protect your brand and ideas. Mike Shields from the University of Wolverhampton’s IPSS project, part funded by the European Regional Development Fund, will also be available to illustrate how the University can support the development of new products or processes.
