About Business Solutions Centres

Business Solutions Centres (BSCs) brought to you by the University of Wolverhampton, provide a collaborative and innovative approach to improving business performance and are designed to make a positive economic impact on the region by offering practical business support.

BSCs offer start-up businesses and established companies in the Midlands and beyond, with a single point of access to a wide range of events, workshops, business facilities, professional advisory services, consultancy and innovation support.

With five physical Centres located in Wolverhampton, Hereford, Sandwell, Telford and Wyre Forest, the award winning BSCs team provide regional business support across a range of specialisms including finance & funding, business start-up & growth, knowledge, skills & training and manufacturing, innovation & technology; all delivered through a series of regional programmes, topical seminars & workshops and one-to-one mentoring where appropriate.

There are also state-of-the-art facilities including seminar rooms to hire in Wolverhampton and Hereford, incubation space & hot desk areas offering ideal alternatives to working from home, video conferencing, 3D printing, drone training and hire.

With the exception of Sandwell and Wyre Forest, all centres also host their local growth hub; a network of business support across all of England’s Local Enterprise Partnerships (LEPs) and backed by the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy.

The Centres act as a conduit between local businesses, advisors, consultants and key support partners to help companies access funding and support opportunities open to them. Find out more about each of the Business Solutions Centres partners below.
